The title was 'What progress has been made since the Paris agreement of 2015 in terms of countering climate change and global warming and in the use and development of renewable energies and green technologies?' 
It wasn't 'What was the outcome of COP25?'
So you have to talk about the science too, not just the rather ineffective conference in Madrid.
What progress has been made ........ AND in the use and development of renewable energies and green technologies?' If you don't know a lot about the technological progress in the last 4 or 5 years, this was an opportunity to do some research and to find out, so you can give some real examples. Otherwise you are not really answering the question.
