The FAO has a lot of articles in Italian and English (and French and Spanish) which you can use to practise your translation skills.

The articles listed on the FAO archive page here are also available in English. Click on the article you want to get it in Italian and then open the site on another page, go to the article again and click on 'English' at the top to get the English version. Translate from Italian to English orally line by line, moving from the Italian to the English text to check. Make notes on your vocabulary and grammar errors. Note any spelling you need to remember.
