The Uniting for Consensus (UfC) proposal

but as one of you said during the lesson (Sara?) Massari talks here about a possible maximum of 27 (instead of 26) SC members so there is obviously still space for flexibility. Questions like the exact length of the term of the semi-permanent seats (3-5 years?) still need to be decided, so the current proposal is a draft  that would need to be further negotiated and finalised.
